Scope of Work: Break and remove concrete as needed to install approximately 11 feet of 3″ grease waste line. Tie the new 3″ grease waste line into the existing/new 4″ grease sewer system using a 4″ x 3″ combo fitting. Cap off grease waste line approximately 1 foot in front of neighboring tenant space for future connection access.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 calendar day of the invoice date. Late Fee: A 10% late fee (minimum $25) will be applied to any unpaid balance starting on day 8. Ongoing Interest: An additional 1.5% per month (18% annually) will accrue on any unpaid balance until paid in full. Collections: Accounts more than 30 days past due may be referred to collections, with the client responsible for all related fees.
